Under the beast

On my last post, ''Over the beast'' (click here), I posted some pictures of the Antonov An-124 taken over it. This time, I will leave here some photos of its belly, while landing on the 13th of January at Lisbon.

Over the beast

Over the last couple weeks, the Antonov An-124 has been a common sight around Lisbon. Today, I saw it for the third time, and from a different perspective. Photos were taken from TAP Portugal A320 CS-TNV, departing to Madeira airport.

Antonov An-12B Ukraine Air Alliance

Today, we've got an amazing visitor around Madeira: A fifty year old Antonov! Came on a cargo flight from Lisbon to Madeira, then, departing empty to Paris. It was scheduled to arrive yesterday at around 20:30 local time, but it changed for today 6AM. Fortunately, it was delayed 3 hours and arrived around 9:15AM, about 15 minutes after it stopped raining.
