Airbus A340 Air Belgium

Some weeks ago this gorgeous A340 arrived at Lisbon for maintenance at TAP M&E. Definitely, one of the best looking aircrafts out there. It's a shame that this company, which made its firs flight earlier this year, is already facing financial problems. Best hopes for them.

Air X Charter

A ''BIG'' one! This A340 visited Lisbon several times, transporting the Portuguese Football team. This is his first arrival at the portuguese capital. Later on it received the Portuguese Football Federation titles.

Lufthansa A340 Star Alliance

Two days ago Lisbon Airport had a major failure on it's fuel system. Several flights were delayed, while others cancelled. So, yesterday, we got some extra flights, one of them, by Lufthansa, operated by their A340 with Star Alliance colour scheme.

Air France Big Bird

Today, apart from the normal Air France flights with A320 family airplanes, we got this A340 arriving from Bogotá, on a technical stop on its way to Paris.

The Last TAP

Yesterday, I finally photographed the remaining airplane from TAP's fleet on my database, at least until TAP receives the new A320 CS-TNY and the new A321 CS-TJH. It was this A340, which is my favourite aircraft flying for TAP Portugal.

Lisbon Airport

Two weeks ago I went travelling to Portugal, and I took the chance and went to the airport. In the first day it was cloudy, but i caught very nica planes, such as A318, 773, ERJ195, B1900, US Airways and more. I went a second time to the airport with the objective of photographing the A343 of TAP, but, unfortunately, due to a B1900 on the runway 03 the A343 ended going to runway 35, wich is a rare event, an aircraft like that landing on runway 35... On 35 also landed a Kamov.
