This weekend SC Braga football team came to play against Nacional. White's A320 was painted with Braga's titles, and used to transport the team to Madeira.
A330s used to be a regular sight at Madeira, unfortunately, that has changed in the past year. Now they only come on the Summer and during December and the first days of January. Here's some photos of an A330 approaching runway 05.
This A310 from TAROM arrived on the 28th of December and departed 6 days after on the 3rd of January. It came on a charter flight from Bucharest, with passengers for the famous réveillon at Madeira.
It was about time to change the header of the blog, and this photo last week got my attention, of this C-130 from Portuguese Air Force taking off from runway 23.
Last month there have been some windy days. These photos were taken on one of those days, when this Transavia, taking off from runway 23, did the rotate before the Bravo holding point.
On these last days, the A310 has been a usual sight around Madeira. We had CS-TQV with Sporting two weeks ago (click here to see), and the TAROM (click here to see) that arrived last week and is scheduled to depart tomorrow. Today, there was scheduled an A310 from SATA, but it turned out to be CS-TQV again, operating a SATA aditional flight to Ponta Delgada.
